Coaching, think about it – all successful people use coaches to improve performance as well as entertainers and politicians. Coaches work with the available material, making it better, in other words, encouraging people to bring the best out of themselves. Isn’t that what we’re all really looking for, effective improvement that will last?

A trusted working relationship with a thinking partnership

Many of my clients enjoy the refreshing sensation of being listened to and being part of a relationship with someone who fully understands their issues; I call it a ‘thinking partnership’. However, whilst I do ‘listen’ a lot – my aim is to not only talk through processes to improve your business, visually we have to see the results of our partnership. A key part of what I do is monitoring and assessing regularly with my clients their progress to date.

Finally, being a salon owner can be a lonely job, but think about how different your life will be if you had a sounding board, a business mentor and coach, a friend to talk with you and provide expert coaching, helping you to solve your problems and turn them into opportunities….how valuable will that be to you?

Peter offers a coaching and mentoring service with one-to-one sessions in absolute confidence, giving some of the best and most up-to-date advice and guidance around. It is possible to buy a single session or a tailored programme specially designed for you and your salon needs.

Mentoring includes elements from the more formalised training programmes, but is much more of a support mechanism - a place to share thoughts and ideas and to have an opportunity to talk. We would normally recommend setting up a series of one-to-one meetings over the course of a year with as much telephone and email contact between meetings as is required. However, sometimes just one meeting may be sufficient and, if that’s all you want, then of course, that will present no problem.
