You are only as strong as your weakest link both personally and collectively as a team.  The fastest way to improvement is turning a weakness into a strength, and to do this you must take an honest look at yourself, colleagues and business and be strong enough to commit to the appropriate action to turn it around.

Remember, it’s not what you do but the way that you do it.  Don’t be lulled into thinking that if you’re already operating a client incentive programme and have already attended every available course on client care then you know everything – it’s how you deliver your newly found knowledge and skill to your client that counts.  

Remember, you can’t change everything in a day but you can change one thing every day.  A salon business is like a huge jigsaw puzzle and every piece counts.  Today focus on developing ‘you’ and your management skills and work towards increasing your knowledge of how to influence the thinking and performance of others.
